Hello there,

I found you on Twitter and I checked your blurb and also clicked on the link, obviously, for your site/blog. I like to find that your latest post "Preparing to Prepare" is in fact what most people do. I'm personally not into a MLM type of business, but I did started my own company some time ago and it has been a blessing because I did prepared myself instead of simply preparing to prepare (love it!).

Thank you for a great post! :)

Greg, it is great to hear from you. If you are truly coachable, I can help you. I have been a top income earner in four different companies. That was because I was coachable and was smart enough to choose some of the most successful people in the industry as my mentors. For the past 15 years I have made a commitment to "Paying it Forward" and helping others to build financial freedom with residual income by sharing what I have learned.

If you would be interested in working with me as a mentor, I am ready to make a commitment to your success equal to your commitment to success.

If you are ready to take the next step, please go to http://ucantoo.com/requestinfoform.htm answer all of the questions and submit it. I will then contact you to help you find a way to build a successful business.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for your kind words.

I am retired with a growing six figure income and am not looking at any other opportunities
because I don't want to give up my current income.

Best of luck to you.

Hi Christina,

Thanks for your reply.

You asked if MLM were sales, Who would I sponsor? First off let me assure you that if MLM were sales, I would not be involved. I am not good at sales, and I have no interest in sales.

Sales is a J.O.B. where you get paid commissions for your person efforts. Sales people have the mentality of getting paid immediately for thier personal efforts.

I am not interested in income from my efforts. I want to leverage my time and earn from the efforts of the organization I create by selecting the right people.

I joined MLM for one major reason. That reason is residual income. I want to find a few good people who share my goals and my opinions, and work with those people to help them find people who will duplicate what we do.

With my company, you can earn a multi six figure income by finding two good people whom you can teach to earn a weekly commission check by duplicating what you do. In the past three years, I have personally sponsored only 7 people. However my downline from duplication is over 4,000 people, and I earn from the efforts of all 4,000 of them.

I am earning more now from that duplication than I earned at any of my other companies in the past 23 years. And remember I was a top income earner with four different companies.

I did not become a top income earner because of my recruiting skills. I was a top income earner because I had duplicated more six figure income earners than others.

J. Paul Getty, our countries firs Billionaire said, <em><strong>"I would much rather benefit from 1% of the efforts from 1oo people, than 100% from my own efforts."</strong></em>

I may not understand the second part of your comment, but I will attempt to reply. My focus is not on recruiting a lot of people and hoping some of them will work out. I follow a system designed to eliminate those who do not qualify to be in my business.

Everyone talks a good story, but I am looking for the few who actually deliver. "When actions speak louder than words, don't interrupt." You can waste a lot of time trying to motivate someone who does not want success for themselves as badly as you want success for them.

I don't sell anyone. I sort through everyone until I find someone who is coachable and wants to learn proven systems from successful people. Being coachable and finding the proper mentors is the key to my success.

I am only interested in learning from people who are successful. There are too many people out there who are happy to tell you how to be successful, but they themselves have never achieved the success I am looking for.

I don't prejudge anyone. I offer everyone the opportunity to review what I have to share. Those who are not serious will eliminate themselves by their actions and comments.

I hope that has cleared up what I am trying to share.

Best to you.

Hi Rick,
I really enjoy reading your blog and the lay out all is great.
What if MLM was sales? Who would you sponsor?

I think we should set up more expectations of
sponsoring those who serioiusly do want to work at home.
Wouldn't you agree?
